In 1996 she joined the Tabacalera Group (today  Altadis) as Director of Planning and Control of the Cigarette Division.  In 1998, after the merger with the French company Seita, she was  promoted to VP of Strategy of the Cigarette Business Unit, based in  Paris. In the year 2000, she became a consultant at Egon Zehnder  International, a top management consulting firm specialized in executive  search and talent management consulting. In this company, she was a  member of the &#8216;Talent Management&#8217; practice and she participated in  numerous project for clients in Spain and internationally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: small;\">Pilar holds a degree in Business Administration  from ICADE and got her MBA from Wharton Business School (USA) in 1992.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.google.com\/File?id=dgw25d8w_334h7pxwzgc_b\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"132\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626; font-size: small;\">Carlos R.
